feeling that self-care is selfish. This is simply not true. Looking after yourself is your responsibility.

Sally

Sally guides people to engage with their subconscious minds to improve their quality of life by eliminating unwanted patterns of behaviour and letting go of negative emotions attached to past events. 

Starting her training in counselling and hypnotherapy was a complete career change for Sally.  The pivotal moment was probably the talking therapy and support that Sally received 8 months after the birth of her first child when she found herself in the very dark place of postnatal depression. 

In 2016 Sally Howard Hypnotherapy began. With continual professional development, training in some amazing techniques, Sally now has many tools in her toolbox.
She also recognises the wealth of experience learnt from the vast variety of issues that clients bring to her. Sally is passionate in helping clients engage their subconscious mind to make positive changes.
To move on from past traumas, stop anxiety, phobias, unwanted habits, low self-worth. Helping clients love and respect themselves, really believe that they deserve to be happy.

Claire


Claire has coached in the world of human movement for over 35 years.
In her formative years she focused on developing positive movement and outcomes in sports, such as hockey, athletics and trampolining. 

After suffering from a number of injuries over the years, Claire had to have back surgery and learn to walk again. This changed her focus to the healing side of movement. 

With this hat, she has worked with opera singers, Olympic rowers and kayakers, and Common Wealth athletes and has grown her own practice helping individuals free themselves from their straitjacket of pain. 

Claire has a full understanding of the holistic connections throughout the body and helps you find the root causes of your imbalance. Using her unique 3-step system she helps you rejuvenate your Functional Active Body. 


Maya


Maya Queen has over 13 years experience within the Health & Beauty sector, and a further 12 years experience specifically with beauty brands from a retail perspective. 

Maya is passionate about achieving a balanced and holistic approach to our health & wellbeing, on a really practical basis. This can be through nutritional support as well as general lifestyle advice.
Our cells are literally made from what we consume! 

She doesn’t believe in fad dieting that is hard to stick to and just yields temporary results. Instead she is an advocate of introducing a fresh approach to how we live, and the choices we make, and incorporating these into our lives on a permanent basis, with personal tailored help and support along the way. 

Her vision for the future is to have made a positive impact on society and leave a lasting legacy. 

Maya is always open to trying new ideas, learning & growing, and is a big fan of personal development!
